Well, today I either had a short bout of the flu, stomach sickness, or maybe I have appendicitis.

It started at 10am when I woke up with sharp pains in my stomach. I was constantly getting hot flashes, then getting really cold. Then I was nauseous most of the day. It got worse around noon, and I finally called my mom and asked her what I should do. Aside from telling me to go to the school nurse, she wasn't much help. And the school nurse was closed.

Then I called the ER and told the nurse my symptoms, and she said something about apendicitis, which was a little scary because I'd seen what apendicitis did to a friend of mine a few summers ago, and it wasn't fun...and I had some of those symptoms.

Mom told me to go to WebMD and put my symptoms in. I told her that the site would just tell me I was pregnant. "Well ARE you pregnant?!" Jeez, Mom, of course not. So I checked, and sure enough, I was either pregnant, or having growing pains. Then she asked if I had our insurance information in case I was going to go to the ER, but I didn't. "I just have the car insurance information, and that won't get me too far," I told her. Then she told me to drive around for a while and get in a wreck, then go to the hospital. Good idea, Mom. Hahaha.

But I ate around 5pm, the first time I'd eaten all day, and took some ibuprofen, and I'm starting to feel a little better, but still having stomach pains and some hot flashes. I have no idea what this is, but it'd better go away soon. I have two tests tomorrow, 9am and 10am, and I need to be able to take them without rushing off to the bathroom every 5 minutes. Hope I'm not due for a trip to the ER any time soon.

Oh dear, if the pain continues better go see a doctor! I doubt it's appendicitis cos it's really painful and you can't even walk. Hope it's nothing serious!
